February 08, 2019 - Vancouver, British Columbia – NV Gold Corporation (TSX.V: NVX; OTC Pink: NVGLF) (“NV Gold” or the “Company”) announces that it is making an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to extend the term of 2,155,000 warrants issued in a Unit Private Placement which completed on February 27, 2017. Each Unit consisted of one common share and one half of one warrant. The warrants had a term of two years with an expiry date of February 27, 2019. One full warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share at $0.30 per share. The Company is applying to extend the term of the warrants by 3 months to expire May 27, 2019 and to reduce the exercise price of the warrants to $0.25. The application is subject to Exchange approval.
