Update on Private Placement

November 21, 2016

Vancouver, British ColumbiaNV Gold Corporation (TSX.V: NVX) (the “Company”) announced today that it plans to close on the $771,900 in subscriptions it has received to date for the private placement of Units at $0.30 per Unit originally announced by it on November 2, 2016.  The subscribers have waived the condition that a minimum of $1,200,000 in subscriptions be received. The Company is continuing to make efforts to sell additional Units.
